What to include

• The email address on your TradingPal account.
• What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• For the API or the MCP server: the route or tool you called, the ticker, and the error message you received. Never send your API key.

Answers you may not need to wait for

• Developer docs, with the Quickstart, every error the API returns and the MCP server page.
• API Keys: create a key, revoke one, or check your limits.
• Billing: your plan, invoices and cancellation live in your account menu under Manage subscription. Changes take effect at the end of the billing period, and nobody is charged twice for the same days.
• Privacy policy and Terms of service.
